Dr Hammer is certified to follow and perform proper collection and control procedures. He is contracted with Quest diagnostics and other laboratories to provide collection services. He is a certified Breath Alcohol Technician “BAT” with training to follow the Department of Transportation rules of alcohol collection and reporting.
